I saw this recipe on How Sweet Eats and after wiping the drool off of my laptop and dreaming about it that night...I knew the pasta gods were trying to send me some sort of message. Why me pasta gods? I don't cook. I've never cooked anything in my life. I bake and that's as far as it goes. But...I thought to myself...why not try something new. It seemed easy enough. I mean, how hard could it be to cook some pasta?! Well, 13,000 dishes and a burnt finger later...I ended up with this pasta. 5 days later...we are still eating the leftovers. It was perfectly creamy and stringy melty cheesy:)! Oh and the penne had that wonderful al dente bite! Molto delizioso:))! P.S. Please excuse the quality of these pics...(A) It was raining, so the lighting was horrible. (B) Cooking, eating, and taking pics at the same time is extremely challenging!
