Pumpkin is the new bacon. It's on every blog. Naturally, it would find its way to my blog too:)! I love Libby's Pumpkin Pie Recipe. It's my favorite (and sister's favorite too:). Although it's easier to use a frozen crust, a lot of pride goes into a perfectly flakey and buttery homemade crust. Here is the recipe I used for the pie crust. Now, all that's missing on this yummy in my tummy pumpkin pie is a nice big dollop of whipped cream:)! Happy National Pumpkin Day all! Have a great weekend! Oh, and go eat something pumpkiney?
