I made these cookies with Nutella instead of the pumpkin filling.....because I like to spread Nutella on just about everything lol. Unfortunately, it didn't really work with this recipe. I know, I can't even believe these words are coming out of my mouth. Please forgive me. I wasn't crazy about the pie crust/nutella combo. If you're going to try this recipe, stick to the pumpkin filling. It probably has a yummy pumpkin pie flavor to it. :)
