Bakerella's Chocolate Chip Muffins













Now this is the money shot via Bakerella

Just a friendly reminder...Valentine's Day is about a month away. And if you don't celebrate Valentine's Day.....well....then you can join me in the celebration of Singles Awareness Day:). Call me crazy, but I love this holiday. Yes, because of the chocolate. You don't have to ask me twice! I have no shame in purchasing two dozen See's Candies for myself. Thank you very much. And including a personal hand written note. Why not. If anyone asks....cupid sent it. While we're on the topic of cupid...I must confess...I wholeheartedly believe in cupid. I don't believe in any other fictional characters like the tooth fairy, easter bunny, or santa clause, but....I do believe in Cupid. And Cupid's magical powers. And how he (or she) brings two people together. You may call it fate, but I think there is more to cupid's arrow than meets the eye. Silly me. Enough rambling. Hope you enjoy these chocolate chip muffins:)!
