Valentine's Day is all about love; love for one another, love for all living things, and self-love. I want to emphasize that last one....SELF LOVE. Repeat after me: I am loveable. I am important. I am worthy of great things. I am strong. I am kind. I am smart. And there is no one like me in this world. My very existence is ENOUGH.
Always remember, "If you're not happy single, you won't be happy taken. Happiness comes from within, not from men (or women)." If you're spending this Valentine's Day. Single. Take some time to self reflect. Dig deep. Peel that onion. Nurture that baby. And just know, that you're not alone (p.s. I'm single too).
